Join me for a workshop exploring movement, rest and writing. First, we’ll explore yogic practices that allow us to listen deeply. Then, we'll write the words that want to be written.

All proceeds from the workshop will be donated to Palestine Children's Relief Fund.

Some Q’s

  • A bit of this. And a bit of that. There will be yoga asana (poses!) linked together with the breath, yoga nidra, rest... All with the aim of guiding you to a place of flow.

    Wear something you’re comfortable to move and sweat in.

  • You might like to bring:

    • A yoga mat

    • Bolster (or couch cushion)

    • Some bricks (or thick books)

    • A notebook and pen

    • And anything else you’d like to get comfy!

  • Yes, absolutely. The aim of the workshop isn’t necessarily to write something to share with the world (though it could be!). Rather, come and explore putting thoughts on the paper, as another entry point into feeling and accessing what’s going on for you.

    Whatever wants to flow through, will flow through.

  • Yes! The last 30 minutes of the workshop will include some free time, either to journal, or to work on whatever it is you want. Maybe it’s your homework. A short story. Or come with a totally empty mind, just to see what happens.

  • You will. It would be great to have you join live, but you’ll receive a link with the recording to watch back for 30 days.

  • Absolutely not! You can do whatever you’re comfortable with. If that means having your camera turned off, that’s totally fine with me.
